What do you like best?

The fact that it helps to monitor individual applications via real time process monitor.

It helps to configure custom thresholds.

User experience can be better by adding some more configuration features for the end users.

Monitoring a lot of applications on real time basis proactively. Integration with Exchange and Active directory is also out of the box.
