What do you like best?
There's literally nothing to like about this service. It feels like socialmention was developed in mid-2000 and since then never updated.
What do you dislike?
I've used socialmention a few time and thought that something is wrong with me as it found nearly nothing relevant to the search queries. Having tried it once again, I've noticed that nothing has changed - there is no improvement, and literally, no reason to use this service at all.

If you need a good social monitoring tool, this isn't the one. Check Mention, Google Alerts or TalkWalker Alerts for a more relevant and useful app.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
socialmention should, in theory, find some detailed mentions of your companies, however, it never manages to produce any relevant or useful results. In the age of Google, socialmention has no reason to exist.
