SocialBee Has Been Reliable
What do you like best?
I have been using SocialBee since October 2019. I have set up posts and scheduled them months in advance for Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter. SocialBee has been reliable. The flexibility to schedule, reschedule, cancel, etc., is relatively easy. My posting needs are relatively simple, however, should our organization grow and need more options, such as inserting media into posts or a deeper dive into analytics, it's all there.
What do you dislike?
SocialBee's mobile app is very limited. For example, posts can only be edited from the web version of SocialBee. Nevertheless, the app works well for sending reminders for posting to Facebook's personal pages (Facebook requires manual posting to personal pages).
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our organization is small. As one who wears many hats, being able to stack posts well in advance has been a time saver, and has provided needed consistency in posting to the most popular social media platforms.
