ETO for casenotes is simple
What do you like best?
I like that it stores it by date and is easy to use. Each client has their own dashboard to go to so you do not need to sort it by client, it does the hard work for you and lets you do what you need to do... document
What do you dislike?
I dislike that efforts stopped being updated and we were forced into using touchpoints, the switch was not smooth and now it is hard to find old notes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it is a good fit for your company before you commit. I have heard some attributes are expensive but I do not make those purchases. I know there is a lot that ETO offers that we do not even access
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I use ETO Software for my clients. Each client I see has to be tracked and accounted for. there are a ton of tracking systems and reports to run and it just makes it really very easy to use.
