Advanced user of Social Drive PlatformWhat do I like best? The fact that I click a button to send to our overarching organization (Cadillac) indicating that a review has been answered. The site offers no other function other than to click a button indicating that a review has been either answered or unable to reply.
The point of Pinnacle's Reputation software is to remind owners to respond to reviews. If they do not, it gets referred to the overarching organization (in our case Cadillac) and up to $200,000 can be taken away from business owners.
Now, there is a time limit to answer these responses. 7 days which is normally not a big deal. There is no integrated system to automatically understand that the review has been submitted! Users have to utilize another reputation management client (Podium, etc...) and then SEPARATELY navigate to Pinnacle by Friendemic to check a box stating that we answered it!
The entire process is so convoluted. So contrived. And to top it off? The business is so horribly bad at interacting with clients or even technical support.
Only use this company if you absolutely need to.
We had an employee recently leave the company. Her passwords no longer worked. As she was the only one with access to a particular account, we could not get into it.
A simple call to technical support should handle this issue. None could be found on the child site pinnacle.friendemic.com nor on the parent, friendemic.com. They force you to e-mail them through their personal platform stating that the issue will be resolved quickly.
Three days later and nothing. I found their SEC filing page, and their phone number so I tried that. No one answers. I have no other way to contact them.
Benefits? There are literally none. This platform serves as an annoyance that should be automated, however it is not.
