What do you like best?

I like the way it can be integrated with many platforms and devices, we have integrated the chatbot with freshdesk, Zoho CRM, google sheets and also on our mobile app.

What do you dislike?

We do like to take our customer support with the SmatBot to cater as much user queries as possible and as the Smatbot are working to improve AI we hope we can have better AI served conversations.
