The program is very easy to use while encompassing all aspects of requirements to make life more organized and efficient. Additionally I have never worked with a more pleasant and helpful staff in all my years. Accommodating and the willingness to assist.
What do you dislike?
That I never was introduced to SmartServ earlier

I highly recommend anyone and everyone to use the SmartServ platform. It is efficient, easy to use, puts all your data and requirements in one handy area while tracking hours, estimates, invoices and syncing with accounting. It has saved me thousands of dollars a month from using old antiquated methods.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Scheduling is much better. Hour tracking for Payroll, database of entire customers can be accessed by staff with authorization without having to go pull papers from a file cabinet, quoting and estimating is easier but additionally tracks any and all previous work and quotes provided. Basically it has taken what would have taken 2-3 full time people running around doing manual tasks and put it in one place for all to see. VERY EFFICIENT!
