What do you like best?

For us is very intuitive and easy to use, and updates with new features are pretty frequent! Interface looks great. We use SmarterStats for clients who don't want or don't like to use Google Analytics. It's solid and never fails to collect stats as it should. All the software is clean and very easy to use

What do you dislike?

Not much, Just sometimes, when deleting a profile, it freezes up for a while. eventually it gives control back to the browser, with everything new is something that must be overcome. However things with last major upgrade are more organized and where they should be.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

SmarterTools constantly updates this tool and for great reasons I highly recommend it, cost is very reasonable also!

Smarterstats helped a lot with our customer service, we collected stats more quick and more secure thanks to its clean and easy to use interface
