What do you like best?

I like that you can create multiple rules within a form and have it tailored to exactly what you are wanting. There is literally a rule you can use for any type of answer someone responds with.

What do you dislike?

Learning the Smart Forms application can be tedious but it is very beneficial way to collect information.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It can be tedious but you really have to learn the ground work of the smart forms to create the rules you want. I really recommend taking a course or teaching yourself.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Migrating to Smart Forms rather than collecting data inefficiently through Word. Benefits are the capability of being able to export results and analyze different answers.
