What do you like best?
The ability for customers to visualy see the scheduler... this was a primary focus for finding a reservation system. Skedda is great for this. Also, having the customer choose their booking length, based on availability is essential. The setup and implemention for our business was not only easy, but enjoyable. The flexibilty ofSkedda sets it apart
What do you dislike?
There is not an internal "book reminder" functionality. Zapier is an ok alternative but getting it to function how I want is not easy and also is cumbersome. Zapier is excellent for other more niche connectivity, but Skedda should have its own booking reminder system that is easy to navigate, customize & adjust. This is a big one for me.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you know what you need and this can fulfill that, Skedda is the clear choice. Their platform is truly unique AND customer support is truly above and beyond.

Because our business is so unique, we needed a booking system that was flexible enough to meet our niche demands. Our company is exclusively reservation-driven, and for such a vital component of the business, we needed it to feel intuitive and easy for our customers to navigate.
