Comprehensive software for e-commerce

What do you like best?

Siteworx provides in great details the traffic statistics to my website which is super useful for our tracking our e-commerce success. It shows visitors from every 5 minutes which is incredible. It also lists where the visitors are visiting from and the average time spent on the site.

What do you dislike?

The design can be better, fonts and colors make things a little clustered to look at.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use this software for a client's e-commerce website. It allows us to collaborate and monitor how the business is doing, especially with each new updates or campaign released by our agency.
