What do you like best?

SiteOwl gives me the ability to collaborate with a client in real time, where they see their customized system design come together immediately / The ability to share that design with my Field Leader for his design review / The ability to show my technicians so they know exactly what devices go where / The ability to hand over a completed project, with all relevant information, to our Service Department for any warranty or service agreement response needs.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the systems slows down, especially as you get further into the design and more devices / images are loaded.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're looking for a single application to help you manage all devices, to include those extending outside of your access control, video management or intrusion detection, SiteOwl should be at the top of your list.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The biggest problem we are solving is miscommunication. Everything from main devices, to secondary devices, to camera views, to product data, etc., is added to the system and removes the ambiguity or paper designs.
