What do you like best?

Very comprehensive interview process to make sure skills fit with the role, team and culture. Open office plan. Team is very passionate about the company's mission. Radical transparency--access to everyone's salary information, open discussions about what's going on at the company, instant feedback and readily available company information.

What do you dislike?

We power through tasks by working late or starting earlier than usual and sometimes it means sacrificing free time, but it's all for the long-term benefit of the team and company. This is understandable for a startup with a small team and with process/feature reiterations this shouldn't be an issue long-term.

If you want great support -- it's highly recommended.

Not everyone responds well/ thrives in a high-feedback environment; if you're uncomfortable with feedback (especially giving feedback), this culture might not be a fit.
