What do you like best?

The pricing is excellent and the software has all the features we need for all of our human resource & training needs. Excellent customer service. Setup and implementation was not difficult. Product is online so multiple employees can use the product as necessary. The software is easy to use and can be customized as needed by the company.

What do you dislike?

It was difficult finding the right solution for our company's needs. Shopping for an LMS system was more of a chore than we had thought it would be but once we decided on this product we were very happy with how quickly we were able to implement the software to help our needs. Although we had to commit to 100 seat licenses on day one we are happy with the contract as well as the pricing which was a lot lower than the other vendors we were looking at such as Cornerstone.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For us customer service is very important and they pass this test with flying colors. Pricing was important as well as not getting locked into an unaffordable contract. We are very happy we contacted this company for their LMS product. We chose it over Cornerstone as well as another vendor I don't remember. We feel fortunate because pricing decided the product we chose and that is sometimes a risk, however, we are 100% satisfied with our decision.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use this prodcut mainly forthe tracking of employees for their regulatory requirements required by the NMLS. We also use this product for training as well as certification. The product helps reduce man hours necessary to stay in compliance. We are looking to add some of the other features available to use in other departments fo the company.
