What do you dislike?

Most of what I dislike about the program has to do with learning the user interface. It's not too complicated once you get to know it. However, it does have a learning curve. For instance, in order to create a new IEP you have to lock the old one. Also, as the teacher I am responsible to create and share each new document as the administrator. So other collaborators can't work on the document until I do that.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend having at least a half-day training available to anyone using the program for the first time.
