I like it because it is excellent,very easy to use product and the team is constantly looking for opportunities to provide more ways to improve the patient - physical practice experience

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the system crashes a couple of times a month

I recommend it because it makes it easier to manage high loads of patients efficiently

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has enables me to confirm patients appointments,get their medical history into the EHR electronically directly from patients. Patients can provide powerful feedback in a very simple discreet format and i can respond to that feedback immediately.
