Understanding Signal Al and what it can do for you.
What do you like best?
Really helps with the audio quality and it's easier to calculate.You get much better visual sound. It's great for better signal processing also. You don't have to use as much bandwidth either, we our now using about half of what we used to use and our quality is so much better. It is easy to use and understand also. I wish we would have went this direction a few years back.I would definately recommend this system to other companies to see how much better your bandwidth can be. The consultants are always available to answer your questions and to help with any concerns that your company may have. I think they have a really good customer service and in the end they really were their to walk you thru the whole process and answer all your questions.
What do you dislike?
nothing to really dislike, it works really well. It is an added expense but I think it's worth it. I thought the company was a little hard to work with at first, but once we got going we were able to resolve things. I didn't think we needed the added expense at first but it has paid off, I do think it's still a little to pricey. I also think that other companies should check this out with a consultant and see how it can benefit them and how they can improve their bandwidth. I'm not sure if we are going to have to need further upgrades on the system or if they have a service contract. I'm not certain if any of this was conveyed to us when we were looking into getting Signal Al.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Talk with their consultants. They are very helpful of showing how Signal Al performs and what Signal Al can do for you. We did check out other companies but found that Signal Al was going to be the best by far for our company. Find out from other companies how useful Signal Al is and how Signal Al improved your bandwidth and audio. I think you will find that the added expense will be worth it. I always like to talk to other users of a new system and so I asked for several names of other company's on their opinion of Signal Al and read quite a few reviews also before I decided that this was the right system for us.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
You get a much better signal and the audio is much better. Using much less bandwidth. Probably half of what we were using before. Has saved us some money and are very happy with the performance. No major problems, just needed to learn and use it so that we could get the most benefit out of it. It is also saving us the performance cost and improving on our audio. Our company has checked out other companies and this one really worked best for us. In the long run it has been very cost effective for us and with the improvements in our system most of us wish we would have implemented Signal Al several years sooner.
