What do you like best?

The "batches" feature is the main reason we use this over the regular OSS version. They are nice and work as-advertised. Interface is pretty simple to use. The ability to pay some money to solve a problem is nice.

What do you dislike?

The data persistence is still not 100% in the case of failures. Also, I get it that the author needs to get paid, but one of the "pro" features is improvements to data persistence, which seems kind of sketchy.

Some Rspec helpers would be nice to make it easier to test when working with some of the more complicated feature, which end up adding complexity in the application, but are mostly untestable, which can make for a reason to avoid such features.

If you really need the features, it's worth the money.
