Shop-Ware has been a great addition to our company so far.
What do you like best?
The ability to get approval of the text and email has worked out great. We are able to get a faster approval from the customer, which means we are able to get the work done sooner and do a few more cars per tech.
What do you dislike?
We would love the ability to change labor dollars without having to change the tech hours. The other thing is more than one phone number in the contact screen would be nice and I understand that is something they are also working on. The last thing would be the parts catalog would be nice if all vendors could be on the same screen so you could easily look at all your vendors and compare price and availability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! It will change your shop! We have also found that a touchscreen laptop with fold-able screen works best at the front counter.

We have only had the system since the beginning of the year, but the one thing is available tech time and efficiency.
