What do you like best?

Shapelets is an open source framework for time series analysis in big data environments Shapelets is hands on and interactive in terms of getting work done in a research group setting. I like the Key Accelerated Analytics, Open platform, being able to Bring your own Algorithms, and the Interactive dashboard.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the format and layout of the websites sequences, actions, and analysis. The website can be more clear and user friendly to the consumer. I dislike the overall price of the software and the accessibility outside of Spain where it was established.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend making this software into an application where it can be reachable on tablets and phones.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I watch the tutorial videos to help access folders and reports. The customer service is very helpful in terms of answering all questions in terms of the software database.
