Easy set up, reliable, not very customisable

What do you like best?

We set up SG widget on our wordpress site to capture leads for our newsletter. The setup was super simple with a wordpress plugin and we've never had any technical problems with the service.

What do you dislike?

There isn't much in terms of customising the look or structure of your widget

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed an automatic way to push contacts into our mailing list. We couldn't use Zapier because the functionality wasn' yet built for Sendgrid. Therefore SG Widget was the next best option.
