What do you like best?
Service Titan makes my company look great in the eyes of the customer by helping create a painless purchasing experience. It helps communicate clearly with our customers, helps set expectations, and automates many of the touches we used to have to do manually.
In addition, ST has helped our Sales go through the roof! Our digital estimates look SHARP, impressive, and professional. No more having to rely on our tech to spell something correctly or have good handwriting in order to produce a quality proposal. Service Titan's price book (once set up), allows our company to be super detailed in our item descriptions and helps clearly set expectations, specs, and warranties in order to minimize any unpleasant misunderstandings or surprises for our customers.
In addition, ST allows us to email estimates digitally and thus allows our customers to approve the estimate and get the ball rolling any time day or night rather than having to play phone tag back and forth to get contracts signed and deposits paid.
ST's dispatch board is also very user-friendly and helps my dispatch team route our trucks as efficiently as possible.
We also love the call recording feature.... it's helped with our CSR training and accountability, as well as call a few "less than truthful" customers on their BS.
ST has taken our organization from the neanderthal paper stone age and brought us into the 21st century with style! Thank you Service Titan!!
What do you dislike?
Getting ST off the ground and going live was NO JOKE. There was a lot of heavy lifting, headaches, and stress trying to get everything workng properly and a big part of that was learning how to use ST properly..... but we had some very difficult times getting our QB's and ST to play nicely together. That wasn't fun at all.
Also, there are times when ST gets quirky... it can be very frustrating when our techs are out in the field and ST is not working properly on their tablet... sometimes it's because they are out of cell range, but sometimes it's because the ST app is just plain being difficult that day.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Everyone is much more on the same page.
All employees know they are held accountable for what they do or don't do in ST... the activities log is AWESOME for that.
Our customers have a much easier and more enjoyable purchasing experience.
We are achieving efficiencies we've never enjoyed before, thus helping us become more profitable.
Our estimates are priced much more consistently, and as they should be so we can make the margins we require.
