The accounting information can be a little tough to navigate through when looking up invoices and payments. You can always just use the search feature.
The features that service Fusion provides are really handy to everyone in our company. From Accounting, Managers to technicians out on the field. It gives us one place that we can all go to, to find the tools we need on a day to day basis.
I like that my clients can easily follow the links in their email or the link on our website to pay an invoice. Also, the accessibility it offers to my technicians out on the field. They have all the customer information they would need, right at their finger tips.
