What do you like best?

Ease of use and reliability are the main reasons I always go to server pilot after I spin up a new server. They take care of all the details and configuration so I can get on with the build and delivery.

What do you dislike?

The pricing model is a little more expensive once you start running a lot of servers. Especially when you compare it to other players in the market. However, the support backups the additional cost and is worth it in the long run.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Probably could update the admin interface to offer some more compelling UI and stats. It's a little light on real time feedback and notifications when compare to other rivals

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It allowed me to self easy at night knowing my server was properly configured and patched to keep the bad guys out. The benefits are a good nights sleep and ease of setup.
