Advanced user of SEQTAI get what IT like this product. But guys, you don't understand what parents need. The last thing we need is communication fragmentation to yet another communication platform which won't support email forwarding. This is just plain egregiously wrong.
I am frustrated by the inability to forward messages to email, which means I can't share school communications with my partner, or my kids; nor can I manage and prioritise messages as I would with email.
I am, further, appalled by the dismissive attitude of SEQTA's Helpdesk.
Please remember folks, your customers are ultimately the parents at the school. Do address the needs of IT support, the teachers and the admin, but remember that if the parents don't like it, we'll push back.
As a parent, I can see what you are trying to do. But there's no benefit for parents, you are just fragmenting communication channels.
