Customer Service is the best, very accessible, very easy to you.

What do you dislike?

I wish there more reporting features. You are very limited on what you can. It would be nice to be able to have hardcopies since I don't always have a laptop with me.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have one central location to keep all the information, and those who need access have it, multiple people can be accessing it at any one time.
