What do you like best?

It is user friendly and I like the interface they use. It is pretty much similar to other reference managers. I also like that you can see the PDFs right on their window, and that they let you get organized by groups. It takes a while to add everything though.

What do you dislike?

They do not have many templates for citation styles as Mendeley or EndNote, but you can add your own. I actually prefer Mendeley since its free and it has a good web version. It took me a while to export all my references to SciRef, and although I have SciRef, I still use Mendeley preferably.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is good for organizing your literature and it is a must if your writing papers or anything that needs a bibliography.
