What do you like best?

I love the reporting options! It takes care of all my reporting needs as a purchasing manager.

What do you dislike?

It is a bit outdated so could use some updates to make it more modern such as more streamlined homepage and quicker loading times.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I use the reports that SBI generates to look back at previous years' sales and purchases so that I can make more accurate predictions on what our coming year will look like. It provides us with the tools to prepare for the future.
