What do you like best?

SAS has a separate OS image which is perfect for those who want their pc to perform faster! I also like that the SAS platform can be used by a huge plethora for any type of business analytics!

What do you dislike?

Since it uses a server, it can be slow sometimes. Since I had gotten the SAS software from my company, I could use the licensed version. However the cost is one of its major drawbacks! Very expensive! It comes as a suite so you would have to purchase the whole suite. There is no license for using just one function to use via SAS.

If you need restful services for your IT departments, SAS can provide it!

I have been using SAS for data analytics at my work. It's very user friendly.SAS Viya extends the SAS platform even for Data Science. It's a very collaborative environment. Very flexible licensing unlike Matlab Simulink!
