What do you like best?

Sapiens regular updates keep me informed, up to date and in the best position to serve our agents, clients, and prospects. Underwriting input is also available for quick rate class qualifications.

What do you dislike?

An update to output graphics and font might be nice. However, I do understand that it has been designed for ease of use by many users of various abilities and varying technology platforms.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am an agent in, 12 agent agency, and we all use Sapiens, and rely on its accuracy, and so far have found the rates to be accurate compared to the insurance companies' own illustration software. The odd time when there has been a glitch, The support team has been very quick to resolve the issue. I particularly like being able to display all of the term and permanent rates for an individual or couple, multi-life, joint first, etc.
