What do you like best?

The simplicity of uploading courses and the cost-effectiveness of the platform. It does everything we need, as a small-medium business and our users find it easy to use too.

What do you dislike?

Reporting could still do with more attention. It's often difficult to create/find the report for the MI data we need, and sometimes it just causes more frustration. It can also be 'buggy' sometimes, which reports incorrectly.

The second dislike is invoicing - it's a huge pain and time waste to have to keep chasing for invoices and the portal is a nightmare to navigate just to find the invoice.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do not underestimate the value of doing the basics, and doing them really well. The bells and whistles are nice to have, but are they really worth the cost and are they needed? Litmos strikes the balance of giving you the features you need at an affordable price.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Access to courses and the ability to consume on demand. It supports the JIT (Just In Time) model, but it could be better by making the courses accessible in fewer steps.
