Advanced user of SAP Cloud for CustomerConfiguration is pretty cool and customisation can be easily done. Many things can be achieved via business rules and workflows. Instead of going for development. SAP had provided a great product. Very easy to integrate with other systems.
Nothing much to be disliked about the product. New releases and the bug fixes takes time. In case if any new feature to be added need to raise to SCN and then have to wait for the majority of people to want it.
I strongly Recommended cloud for customer if you are integrating multiple systems and it is available on subscription basis for the users. Customer requirements can be achieved via developing thee custom functionality
All the master data creation and replication to the back systems are very flexible. Reports are the area where we realize the ease of the product apart from the hundreds of standard reports we can even go for custom reports. Creation of data sources to achieve the requirements made easy. Dashboards publishing, service cloud where in the time tracking, visit monitoring and many more.
