What do you like best?

It's tough to choose what I like best, honestly. SH has so much to offer so it makes that question difficult for me to truly answer, as I like all their features almost equally. Their tracking is flawless. Their notifications in Windows 10 come in a nanosecond. Their Document Cloud provides robust features that certainly can benefit anyone to a maximum degree. SH integrates with Outlook Desktop great, and also GMAIL WEB, which I rarely use...but in Outlook I have nothing but good things to say on how it works. Their metrics provide a wealth of information. Their templates come in real HANDY (YES the PUN ---Ken did intend). AND last but not least, their Email campaign feature is worth its price. Actually now that I think about it, it is their PRICE for their services rendered that I actually like the BEST. You won't find a lower price from any competitor --plus no competitor even compares --and most have DEFUNCT product offerings anyway. Trust me...my name is KenD...I certainly know as the CEO who runs the SHOW what I'm stating here!

What do you dislike?

What I VERY MUCH DISLIKE is SH used to provide location and device information for "opens" and "link clicks". ALL THEIR COMPETITORS DO THIS---ALL OF THE THEM--NOT ONE OF THE TOP 20 DO NOT...BUT SH STOPPED A WHILE BACK AND THEY MUST REINSTATE IT...AS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO LEGAL REASON THEY CANNOT DO SO...THIS IS AN IRREFUTABLE---AND NON-DEBATABLE LEGAL FACT... AND I HOPE THEY LISTEN TO ME ON THIS!

Nevertheless, the others to choose from in this arena are either completely DEFUNCT or DEFECTIVE enough in a multitude of ways...and therefore, even without location and device information, I still get MUCH MORE than I could receive with another provider....but I will add that I do have another provider who I call #2 on the TOP 5 LIST and use them when I need location and device tracking - except their product is DEFECTIVE and I can ONLY do this by way of WEBMAIL (as it does not work in Outlook 2016 as they claim and their product add-on is DEFECTIVE)-- and I hate that aspect of having to send by WEBMAIL...but use the other nonetheless when need be.

As I already stated to the extreme degree...BUY SalesHandy and NO OTHER!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No problems have I had to solve, thank God...Baruch Hashem! The benefits I have received can be summed up in the following statement:

NO ONE CAN EVER ESCAPE FROM ME WATCHING EVERY MOVE THEY MAKE AND WHEN THEY MAKE THOSE MOVES!
