What do you like best?
Working with the SalesGig team is an absolute pleasure. Not only do they bring a consultative, value-added approach to the table - they are a fun and engaging team to work with and operate with total transparency. After piloting outbound campaigns with them in late 2020, we've expanded our partnership to more strategic initiatives, their ability to make different tests and scale quickly when things work is a big part of why we leverage the team. What do you dislike?
We have a very complex lead routing process, and at times the team has a hard time keeping up with all the various rules. Also, HubSpot integration needs some work. It takes a long time to get the integration on its feet.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
SalesGig is helping us solve for sales bandwidth issue. Their ability to scale different types of initiatives has allowed us to pilot new concepts, scale winners quickly, and accelerate overall prospecting so our sales team can stay focused on deals that are going to close.
