What do you like best?
Salesforce philanthropy cloud enabled my organization to work across multiple states and consolidate our corporate volunteering process.
What do you dislike?
Integration into organization can sometimes be difficult if senior staff isn't on board. This is more of a remark on the implementation rather than the platform itself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get on board now to experience the growth of the cloud in real time. They have an ambitious plan ahead for a larger breadth of tools to connect corporations with nonprofits/grants management.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I've been able to find organizations in my city to connect with and volunteer with, and my organization uses the cloud to help with prospecting efforts.
