Advanced user of Salesforce Partner Relationship ManagementSalesforce can be completely customized to your organization's needs. It hardly ever crashed or slowed down compared to other databases I have used. It does what we need when we need it, and it keeps us organized and has metrics easily viewable so we can get easy insight into areas we should target or that need improvement. It was user friendly once the software was learned but did require a lot of training up front.
It can be difficult to figure out at first, a lot of employee training is needed upfront. It required an in-house team to get additional training and we had to hire a costly developer. Once the user knows the database all of the information we need is at our fingertips.
I've used other Partner Relationship Management software with other companies and this is hands-down the best from the user perspective. It is very reliable, effective, and makes my job easier for me to execute. In my opinion, this is the best software for Partner Relationship Management.
It keeps track of all of the metrics we use for success for me. It cuts down on the time that I would be spending doing these tasks on my own. It also delivers the highest quality leads to my team so that we're focusing on the highest yield leads.
