What do you like best?

It can easily be accessible by browser and easy to use for testing, development, and production.

We can customize it according to our requirements.

It is beneficial to test our apex code, workflow rules, and the changes in the environment.

We can test our application function before deploying to production and releasing it to customers.

As a customer, we can use a production environment to run our business.

What do you dislike?

Based on edition, so in every edition, it has some limits.

The sandbox environment cannot upgrade.

Sometimes it works slower.

There is some license that does not allow conversion to production.
