What do you like best?

I like how easy it is for my entire company to house their client info/interactions in one place. It is so easy to use and easy to input information.

What do you dislike?

How specific you need to be in spelling. If I'm looking up a client, sometimes I may be off a letter and the client does not show up. I would prefer if it gave all similar names as well in order of accuracy of spelling.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go for it! It is so easy to use - and the ability to make client communication consistent is so helpful.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Consistency in communication! We are able to see all interactions these clients have had with others in the company so we are able to either get them in contact with the same person -- or just continue where the last person left off.
