What do you like best?

What I like best using Salarium is that it is easy to use what I mean is it is straightforward dashboard as an employee at our company we have used this softare for nearly 4 years and our company is only 6 years old. Once you are logged you are directed to the dashboard for the employees with clock in and a calendar which is very useful as you can see the announcements and if the day is regular holiday. Filing leave is easy as 1 2 3 fill up the day of your leave date how many hours you will take and the end date then pass it to your HR that's it!

As I have mentioned above the interface is very basic and anyone can use it without even someone teaching you how to use it. The distribution of payslip is generated through pdf and has a rich detailed structure of where your money goes. The salary is directed and managed by SALPAY which is EMV compliant plus they have integrated a bunch of useful top up loads which we can pay bills such as electricity, for gamers like me you can load Steam games directly, you can transfer to any banks which has a fee of PHP10, we can buy load for our mobile phones I can't tell enough just check them out they are still integrating a bunch of stuff and it excites us!

Not to mention they have an app as well where in there you can look at your wallet and do the things which you can do in web but you cant clock in there It is just used for banking stuff.

What do you dislike?

There's just one thing that annoys me when I use the salarium is when you forgot to clock in or clock out on time and you edit your time settings and then to be approved by your HR the system messes up the clock in and out times so it really annoys me.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'm not biased because it is the software we used here in our company and we still use it, if we have problems the support were prompt at email they are really good at what they are doing they have monthly maintenance to improve their software and bank services. I really really recommend and will commend this software as I use it! A must have for any companies that wants to use and easy to integrate and have so many integrations for online services :)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can't thank enough salarium, they made our company easier to manage for distributing. When me and my colleagues go out for a dinner we transfer money through its Salpay to Salpay user how incredible is that? They will receive the money in instant.
