What do you like best?
SaaS always for seamless revenue recognition, without the need for lengthy and drawn-out spreadsheets. I also like that I can few the Top 20 customers within a period on the home screen, as well as the momentum reports. Also, having parent accounts that link to many individual accounts is beneficial when working within a business that deals with prominent managing agents. I also find the abilitly to upoload deocuments in the attachemnt tab of an account very useful as well as the oppurtunity to upload the dropbox link to the account.
What do you dislike?
I find the reports produced by SaaS are not always easy to edit to your own needs. Also, when invoicing a secondary transaction on a contract, it does not recognize it put the costs on an early existing invoice.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
SaaS is a platform we have been able to integrate well with Quickbooks, removing the need to pull data between platforms manually. Also the abilitly to scheudle many years of invoices, meaning we do not have to consistently return to creating another invoie. They all schdule seamlessely, with the correct dates, costs and invoice descriptions. Furthermore, being able to preview upcoming scheduled invoices, allows me to proof read invoices and ensure they have purchase orders listed. If they do not, it gives me enough time to source a purchase order and ensure payment is not delayed.
