What do you like best?

Easy to see price data which is essential to running my business. Transfers are easily coordinated. System is very user-friendly. Staff are quick to answer questions and solve problems when they arise. Updates are frequently done to improve the system. Very transparent system with all information you could possibly want.

What do you dislike?

The system does not allow decimal quantities to be entered which leaves room for possible error when we have to submit a 2.5ml bottle as one unit. The system does not allow us to scan in prescriptions that are owed, they have to be typed in which is more time-consuming.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to send more thorough transfers to pharmacies that include all necessary information plus additional patient information that makes processing the claims easier for the receiving pharmacy. I have noticed the benefits of the pricing information being visible allowing me to control my pharmacy's costs more.
