Simple and efficient

What do you like best?

The overall system is very simply and user friendly. I came on to the team that uses this product late in the game and was able to navigate and use it efficiently within a few hours.

What do you dislike?

The only thing about the program that I don't like is that the plug-in for wordpress sometimes crashes our site. But, their support team is always very quick to respond and has been willing to work directly with our web designer to correct issues.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

RW Elephant allows us to track all of our specialty rental orders. We can produce invoices, pull sheets, and more within one system.
