What do you like best?

Easy to set up, great integration options, extensive test configuration options, notification capability and scheduling for repeated automated testing. Each test has it's own test dashboard which allows you to see the test performance over time, test results (pass or fail) over time, and the response time of the API it is testing. You can also drill down to the detail of each test instance and see how the assertions are satisfied. Scheduling the running of the tests also save you a lot of time and take guess work away when you integrate this testing and monitoring tool with your CI/CD practise. You can configure a test to notify you the test results via email, or integrate with Slack to be notified in your selected channel. Test configurations can be exported/iported for enhanced management options.

What do you dislike?

The user interface is not mobile device friendly. You cannot navigate the user interface of their desktop browser version in an iPhone Safari browser. There are some overlapping user interface elements that make using it on a mobile device not very functional.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is a great independent cloud API testing and monitoring solution. Sure you can spin up your own testing tools. But this is a set it up and let it run SaaS solution that does not require you to worry about it's up time or the infrastructure that runs behind it.

Automated API testing and monitoring. By using their scheduler, I am able to ensure my API is responding to HTTP requests and with the correct response payload.
