Advanced user of RuddrBest user experience of any PSA that I have used and great QuickBooks integration
Ruddr is newer to the market so there are a few features that could be added, but the product appears to be rapidly adding more functionality
If you equate corporate PSA solutions with slow, bloated, terrible UX... You should give Ruddr a shot. The user experience is great and has streamlined my old project management and invoicing system.
(Also, I had a few questions when first setting up my account and the support team got back to me the same day. Great customer support!)
Managing time on projects that didn't directly contribute to billability was a larger chunk of my time than I realized -- the graphs and charts help clearly show where my efforts are being spent. I can see everything at a glance, but also drill into the details. The invoicing functionality -- and seamless QuickBooks integration -- are also major timesavers.
