Advanced user of RSA SecurID SuiteManaged RSA Secure ID in multinational bank. Easy to setup, manage, reliable, good support. At the beginning we used only physical appliances but later moved on with hybrid solution and used also virtual appliances.
This reduced costs and added security between network zones.
All RSA support engineers in different levels are friendly and highly skilled.
Setup was really easy. Management of RSA tokens is user intuitive.
Not possible to add softtokens to phone via QR in offline mode, meaning that there must be open port from outside to internal RSA to activate token.
Also automation was a bit complicated and challenging due to organization security policies.
It is difficult to get usage statistics of RSA SecurID tokens and its users from archived logs.
The app needs to provide a way to reset the access PIN number when forgotten.
I recommend RSA first, i made big comparison and full functional testing between RSA and several other vendors. RSA Secure ID is best in terms of costs, management and maturity.
