The ease of use, the simplicity of the application and the excellent customer support.
What do you dislike?
It's not the complete package. AP module is now being offered and needs to go thru some more implementations before we can adopt it
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Replacement of old RAS that was always fixing something. Reduction in custom costs and overall I increase in performance and productivity.
