Really Intuitive work flow management system

The possibility to create a macro for let me focus on single high level requirment.
What do you dislike?
The least helpful thing of Roundrush is that i haven't the possibility to move between attached images with the arrow key.
I would like to have an easier way to modify my personal information, because now is not intuitive to go trought the platform and modify for example my profile image.
It should be good to have a tooltip that show where came from the notification, like a new email recived.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
There are some problems that roundrush solve, but the most valulabe is the possibility to analize on a high level the requirements done by the customer and destructure it in an easy way.
Another killing feature is the possibilty to change the priority of task with drang and drop, so you don't need to apen each single task and change the priority.
