What do you like best?

Clear dashboard reporting system - nice feature to find the accurate keywords and possibilities where to set up a marketing campaign. Perfect geo tracking to find out which user groups can be addressed and so we can generally reduce also our costs, by targeting the right customers.

What do you dislike?

The insights are not always clear - we checked to set up a survey with our external software addon and had a poor result regarding the user insights. New marketing strategies are questionable, if the wanted result comes and give us a benefit, is to see in future.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Reducing costs for marketing campaigns. Matching directly the right user and customer group without getting a loss of interested clients and the possibility to reach thanks to the channel manager connection also people from abroad.
