What do you like best?

The flexibility to read and save data to PICK through the help of GUI controls.

What do you dislike?

There has been a long running issue related to Num Lock key pad issue which Rocket team couldn't fix for more than three years. The only long running unsolved problems with Legasuite is with keyboard mappings. The support team keeps asking for tip files and trace logs but never came with resolution. There has been a lot of back and forth between the rocket support team and our team to resolve Num Lock keypad issue. We believed the Num Key pad issue that caused the wrong mapping of keys is caused due to installation of Microsoft Office 365. Most of the issues need a lot of investigation and there is a scope for improvement to Rocket Support team to respond with skin in the game.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Have proper understanding before employing Rocket LegaSuite web or its suite of products. Its always better to have proper understanding of how the software works and have defined agreement especially when it comes to support.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Rocket LegaSuite Web through Paris objects to display GUI controls onto the web page. This includes various actions like creating users and managing the user profiles, manage parts and service inventory.

There is also a feature that has been implemented to consent users with California consumer privacy act check before proceeding to enter or alter data for a particular feature.
