Advanced user of Roadnet Transportation SuiteI've been using this software for 15 years and the best thing about it is the reliability of the software. I've rarely had downtime using it to route our meal delivery trucks due to the software. Also close to realtime monitoring of all the deliveries is a nice feature.
The only issue I've encountered that might qualify as a dislike is how involved it was to update versions once you fall several versions behind.
Omnitracs offers Roadnet Transportation Suite training and I highly recommend sending your users to one every few years to learn the upgraded features added.
We implemented Roadnet Transportation Suite over 15 years ago and it solved our problem of dynamically managing our delivery routes due to the variety of issues we face with staffing, weather etc.. RTS allows us to quickly change our daily routes to better support our customers.
